Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We aim to produce and dispatch within 1–2 working days. Royal Mail Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 5 working days.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over £30.

Do I get tracking?

All orders include tracking so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to doorstep.

Products & Printing

What is DTF printing?

DTF (Direct to Film) is a premium transfer printing method that produces bold, vibrant prints with a soft-touch finish. It’s far more durable than standard printing and holds colour through 50+ washes.

Will the print fade?

No. Our DTF prints are tested to 50+ washes and maintain full colour. Wash inside out at 40°C for best results.

What sizes are available?

Our clothing comes in sizes S through 3XL. Mugs are standard 11oz ceramic.

Are mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes, all our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition. Contact us at hello@runningmugs.com to start a return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just send us a photo and we’ll sort it immediately.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — size exchanges are available. Contact us and we’ll arrange a swap.
