Our Story

Running Mugs was born from a simple idea: runners deserve better merch. We’re a small team based in Lancashire, UK, and we’re passionate about running — from Saturday parkruns to full marathon finishes. Everything we make is designed to celebrate the run culture we love.

Why DTF Printing?

DTF (Direct to Film) printing produces incredibly vivid, durable prints that don’t fade, crack or peel. Unlike screen printing or standard transfers, DTF holds colour through 50+ washes and works on any fabric. Every item in our collection is DTF printed in our own Lancashire workshop — no outsourcing, no compromises.
