All orders are produced in 1–2 working days before dispatch. Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are prioritised for same-day production.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your order. If you’re not completely happy, here’s how our returns work:
- Contact us at hello@runningmugs.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Tell us your order number and the reason for your return
- We’ll provide a return address and instructions
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund within 5 working days
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it at no cost. Send a photo to hello@runningmugs.com and we’ll send a replacement immediately.
Size Exchanges
If your clothing doesn’t fit, contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully protected. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
